She will share with you how to eat more foods that naturally grow from earth, to use minimally processed and fewer prepackaged foods, and how to incorporate fresh foods including natural fats that are low in sodium and free of high-fructose corn syrup and artificial sugars. Chef Megan’s class will begin with Lemongrass Hummus, followed by a fresh Blueberry and Avocado Mache Salad with Roasted Walnut Vinaigrette. Next she shares with you the powerhouse of nutrition that “Superfoods” can deliver as she prepares Superfood Cauliflower “Fried” rice, and Herbed Lentil Salad, Orange Nut Milk, and lastly Raw Cacao Macaroons.
