You’ve asked and here it is! Oil and Vinegar 101! Did you know an olive oil tasting is almost the same as a wine tasting? Experience a blind tasting of three levels of Ultra Premium single varietal olive oils to determine your flavor preference.  During this demonstration, you’ll also sample meat, pasta, vegetables, fruit and cheese with various Leaning Ladder oils and balsamic vinegars. Just like wine, learn how different foods pair with flavored oils & vinegars. If you’ve ever asked the question “What else can I do with oils and vinegars”, this is the first step in answering that question.
